When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
You may come into the office and we can print out a Notice to Vacate ten days before vacating or you may send a ten day notice in writing.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government issued picture ID, such as a driver's license.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash payments at our office.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We rent maximum security locks for $1.00 per month or you can bring your own lock.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, contraband, and other goods prohibited by law. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in, which are available during office hours.
What are the hours of operation?
We are open the following hours:
Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Closed on Sunday
